Class description

It’s time to glaze all those pieces you have created. You will learn about glazes, the different types of glazes and how to apply them to bisque fired pieces.

Glazes will be provided but you are more than welcome to purchase your own. Due to the limited space in the studio, you will have to take home your personal supplies and bring them back with you to your next class.

Please refer to the list below of the types of glazes we use in the studio. Cone 5 to 6 glazes cannot be used with cone 05 – 06 glazes. If you will be using your pottery for food or liquid to be consumed by humans, you must use a lead-free, non-toxic glaze.
